The entry fee is all inclusive, except for a number of personal items such as toiletries, shoes and some clothing that each competitor will be required to bring.
- All camping equipment including tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, bathroom facilities, access to power
- Chef prepared meals and snacks, fully catered across entire week
- Brand new mountain bike, fitted to each competitor and maintained by onsite mechanics (these are for use during the event only, not to keep)
- Kayaks, paddles and skirts, individually fitted and maintained (these are for use during the event only, not to keep)
- Full medical and safety support including onsite doctor, physiotherapist and masseuse
- Hotel accommodation in Hobart on final night
- All transfers around Tasmania between camps and airports
- High quality event apparel; race top, wet weather jacket, bike knicks, official event jacket (provided by Driza-Bone Activ, leading outdoor adventure wear)
- Additional event equipment including; backpack, survival/first aid kits, sat nav mobile phones, maps and course booklet (phones are for use during event only)
- Official competitor events including a welcome dinner, mid-event luncheon and a wrap party as acknowledgement for your hard work and participation
- Access to internet and computers during event to liaise with organization, friends and family with updates on your progress

- A complete DVD of images from the event for your own use and a copy of the final TV special which goes to air around the world.
